To operate dispatch verification and freight telemetry, we collect and process the following categories of personal information:
- Corporate FMCSA DOT/MC authority numbers and carrier identity records.
- Driver telemetry phone identifiers (mobile numbers) submitted for SMS enrollment.
- Shipment dispatch telemetry, including load identifiers, lanes, pickup windows, and status events.
- Consent records, including consent text version, capture timestamp, source URL, and visitor IP for audit.
3. No Sharing & No Marketing
No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Personal information is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Carrier Data Protection & PII Containment Protocol: Covenant FreightOS enforces an unyielding data security standard. Under no operational, legal, or transactional conditions do we share, sell, rent, monetize, transfer, or disclose mobile number opt-in authentication parameters, consumer consent metrics, or driver phone identification logs to external marketing networks, third-party aggregators, or programmatic brokers. All transactional short-message service data streams are containerized exclusively within our private internal logistics automation platform.
4. SMS Consent Handling
SMS enrollment requires affirmative, unambiguous transactional consent. Consent is captured with the verbatim disclosure, consent text version 2026-07-11, source URL, and subscriber IP for audit traceability under 47 CFR §64.1200 and applicable telecommunications regulations. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
